COMMUNITY BASED SUPPORTS

Services that provide direct support and assistance for participants, with or without the caregiver present, in or out of the participant’s residence, to maintain the outcomes of increased independence.

RESPITE SERVICES

Respite Services are designed to provide families with expert care for their loved one when relief of duty, supervision or temporary assistance may be needed.
In-Home Support

Our trained professionals offer personalized support in the comfort of your home. We work closely with families to create tailored care plans that meet each child’s unique needs.

Community-Based Therapeutic Services
Engaging children in their communities is vital for their development. We facilitate therapeutic activities that promote social skills, emotional growth, and community involvement.
Respite Care

We provide temporary relief for caregivers, allowing them to rest and recharge while knowing their children are in safe, caring hands. Our respite care is designed to be fun, engaging, and therapeutic. 

Behavioral Services, Behavioral Assistance, and Licensed Intensive In-home counseling (IIC) services to families in NJ connected to Performcare, the Contracted System Administrator (CSA) for NJ's Children's System of Care (CSOC).IIC/BA Services for Children (0-20 years old) – Intensive In-Community (IIC) and Behavioral Assistance (BA) services focused on behavioral and emotional support tailored to children’s individual needs.

Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Advance Practice Nurse (Mental Health), Clinical Mental Health Counselors, Rehab Counselors, Clinical Social Workers, Professional Counselors, and Marriage and Family Therapists.
Red Cross

We have a partnership with the Red Cross and that Hopes Promise Respite provides CPR/First Aid training by a certified Red Cross instructor.

OUR PROGRAMME SCHEDULE

SATURDAY PROGRAM

A year-round program offering mentorship and skill-building activities for youth and young adults.

Saturday Program is specifically geared towards youth ages 21 and older with all abilities. This program runs year-round, every Saturday from 10am-5:00pm.

We will be providing mentorship communication, social, and other skills that take place in work and community.

Some of our activities include:

  • Culinary / Nutrition
  • Budgeting/Money Management
  • Pre-vocational, Computers
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Music & Movement
  • Group Therapy, Healthy Sexuality
  • Day Trips (Movies, Museums, Skating), and more.

SUMMER PROGRAM

A structured, activity-filled program providing social and recreational experiences for individuals ages 5 to 20 years old and 21+. will run for 9  weeks, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

We will be providing mentorship communication, social, and other skills that take place in work and community.

Some of our activities include:

  • Culinary / Nutrition
  • Budgeting/Money Management
  • Pre-vocational, Computers
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Music & Movement
  • Group Therapy, Healthy Sexuality
  • Day Trips (Movies, Museums, Skating), and more.

We are excited to share important information regarding CSOC Summer Camp Services for youth eligible for Developmental Disability Services through the Children’s System of Care (CSOC).

To support your child’s participation in summer programs, applications must be submitted online through the PerformCare Family Portal (preferred browser: Microsoft Edge). Families are strongly encouraged to apply early, as completed applications must be submitted or postmarked by June 30.

Hopes Promise Respite Camp Program Camp Dates: (9 weeks)

Hopes Promise Respite LLC offers a structured, supportive, and engaging summer camp experience designed to promote social development, community integration, and meaningful recreation.

Services Available:
• Financial support toward summer camp tuition
• One-to-One Aide services (if needed for camp participation)
• Alternative Recreational Sessions (ARS)

Important Reminders:
• Youth must be determined eligible for CSOC Developmental Disability Services prior to applying.
• Families must select a camp from the Qualified CSOC Camp Providers list.
• If requesting a One-to-One Aide, Part B of the application and the Child Adaptive Behavior Summary (CABS) must be completed with the selected camp.
• Camp and aide availability is limited—early planning is strongly recommended.
